I'm wondering if YA allows for blocks based on multiple fuzzy criteria. Blocking just based on picture won't work for computational reasons related to trivial "hacking", and specific IP won't work as most folks are DHCP. Those are all singulars, though; it shouldn't be too hard to code in multiples - these and others - although without knowing architectural specifics it's a hard call.
Certainly, with the rapidity that these accounts seem to be cycling, it at least appears that YA is aware of the issue. I'd guess it'll be more of a matter of Yahoo staff lurkers rather than a technical solution. People are still often better than code & their bugs are not as hard to deal with. :)
