The power of God is necessary in all aspects of our lives - why should our marriages be any different?

The married couple are the ones who have the power to stay together or to separate from one another. God and the priests or ministers are only witnesses to their vows in the same manner as the other members of the entourage.
The civil society has its laws over the unlawful treatment to each other and the records that will prove their legal status either as married couple or divorced couple. Heaven is what they feel for each other during their honeymoon. Some marriage unfortunately starts and ends in hell. Some starts in heaven and ends in hell or vice versa. But amidst all that, the married couple are the ones who have the power. God could only Bless their righteous relationship with each other but the wicked will always be cursed.

The power of God in marriage is when both the man and the woman are believers they have a much better chance of staying together because they are both committed to God and to each other. In Heaven there will be no reproduction, so there won't be any need for marriage as such.

Your question is two-fold and a bit confusing.

The power of God in marriage is that He sanctifies marriage and the marriage bed and all children born to that sanctified union. God is also the head and the center of marriages He sanctifies. He has instilled The Holy Spirit within Christians to help lead them & guide them.

When Jesus/scriptures refer to returning for "His Bride" which Jesus will gather to Himself in Heaven, He/scripture is referring to Christians, they are The Bride of Christ.

GOD doesn't have a wife in the physical sense.....we as the body of believers and receivers of JESUS CHRIST are the BRIDE...

Are you secretly a practitioner of islam trying to sow seeds of confusion among the Christian body?

If not, then I ask your pardon, and will pray for the HOLY GHOST to guide you in HIS knowledge about this subject.

if so, know that HIS sheep know HIS voice and will not be led astray....our GOD is not the GOD of confusion....we walk by faith and not by sight as well...what GOD intends for us to know HE reveals in HIS time according to HIS will and purpose for our lives....HE knows what we can handle when we can handle it.....

HE also said ask and it shall be given unto you, knock and it shall be opened.....pray for wisdom concerning HIS will and direction and HE will show you what HE wants you to know .

Also why would there be the need of having a spouse in heaven when we are all joined together in one accord to worship GOD? We will all be a part of the body then...
