can me and my boyfriend adopt his baby from a previous short relationship? we already have 2 kids and we both work and have a home! is it possible?

If his name is on the birth certificate, then he doesn't need to adopt the child. The child is already his. In order for you to adopt the child, the child's mother would have to relinquish her rights in order for you to then have her rights. It doesn't sound as if you are married so that could be another twist in the equation.

Yes, you can, but only with the permission and signature of the baby's mom.
