Try yoga and/or see a chiropractor, both of these can help in skeletal realignment. If your shoulder is way out of whack, it's true, you may have a degenerative disease and should see a more conventional doctor.

Every day, every minute is a new beginning.

Who do you want to be?

Learn how to take a more positive outlook on life - speak to a counselor, a minister, or someone you can TRUST.

Read, pray, learn to like yourself in whatever state of mind you happen to be in at that time.

Be a friend to others.

Smile.
