Technically there is no future. God sees everything at the same time. And the bible was written that way for humans who read it. Again, technically, God does not experience emotions like we do.

If a supreme being exists, who's to say that it's psychology doesn't allow for seemingly contradictory impulses, such as the acute feeling of emotion to what is already known?

Dunno what Bible you are reading as I do not recall reading that. Anyways, you don't have to not know what the future holds to be emotionally and spiritually disturbed over something. If your family member is very ill and is in the hospital dying, you are emotional as you know what the future holds for that person and it is upsetting to you.

if the doctors told you you had 10 days to live for sure, and you wholeheartedly believe them, wouldn't you get emotional? (apathy is an emotion, so is bravery, so is attatchment)
