if i get a tatto on the top of my foot will it hurt i just want a butterfly

who cares , lol , listen no one can tell you exactly. yes there will be a certain amount of discomfort but if you want it go get it.

As everyone has said, there is really no way to answer that question. All tattoos hurt. The degree in which they hurt is a personal thing. I have a tattoo on the top of my foot and it was painful. The outline didn’t hurt at all, but all the shading did. I have a nautical star with waves crashing around it so there is a lot of shading. The true question is how much you want it. I always wanted a tattoo on the top of my foot, so I had already decided it was worth the pain. The end result is so worth it that the pain doesn’t matter. Remember the pain is temporary, but the beautiful tattoo is forever. Good luck!

All tattoos hurt some. And some areas hurt more than others. Ask the tattoo specialist. By the way if you are there already and hoping to make up your mind a couple of minutes away from actually getting it done, maybe you should reconsider and ask all the questions you need answered before you proceed.

The foot is one of the most sensitive places to get a tattoo. I would recommend another area if your threshold for pain isn't high. Also, if you have *any* doubts whatsoever about getting a tat done, DON'T do it. It is much much more costly to have it removed (only properly by laser) and it's silly if you're not 100% sure about it.

Yes!
It doesn't matter where you get it, a tattoo feels like a constant bee sting and a burn at the same time in your flesh. I have four and I'll go back and feel the pain again (stupid me), but they're addictive!
Some areas are more sensitive then others.

foot was my most painful place but people differ, and alot of places wont tattoo hands or feet as they move so much that the ink may run within a few years

All tattoos hurt. The ones over bone hurt the worst.

Yes! Because their isn't any fat there. But, it may be worth the pain and it will only sting for a bit. Think of a constant baby pinch for about 30 - 45 minutes.

YES IT WILL. if you get a tattoo anywhere where theres alot of muscle or where theres barely anything between the skin and the bone it will hurt

it hurts a little bit but i love that pain the best pain ever i love tattooing so do it if u wanna do it i never care if it's gonna hurt it's always worth it...well..do it

Any needle piercing skin hurts, just depends on your pain threshold/tolerance.
