I'm so stressed out and exhausted that I feel dizzy and shakey, is there anything that can help me through the week?

I can't slow down because I'll get behind schedule in school.
Anything to help ease the stress??

and I don't have much money so don't advise me to go buy a hot tub or something. lol

Take plenty of rest and eat well. Do not try to get in the rat race. things will settle down and nothng will be lost if you are not there to tackle it. in other words just take it easy, your life and health is more important than anything else....good luck

First, there is a lot you can do to fix some of this yourself. A chiropractor CANNOT diagnose you with an adrenal problem. And, the testing for this is extensive and very expensive. Without corresponding symptoms, your physician that you are now seeing would never order any of this testing. There is no reason anyone should be dehydrated. By dramatically increasing your water intake for 24 hours will make this all go away. And, it will raise your blood pressure. Most physician's do nothing for borderline low potassium levels except to tell patients that they need to eat more bananas or other foods high in potassium which will correct the problem. You can research food high in potassium on the internet. For any pain you have, taking tylenol or motrin regularly (as instructed on the box) will probably make this go away also. Irregular heart beats in most cases are benign (cause no problems) because they are often related to an external cause (fatigue, stress, smoking, too much caffeine, etc) and when the external cause is removed, they go away. Follow the suggestions I have made for the next 48 hours and when you get your blood tests back, you can then talk with your physician about any symptoms that have not resolved themselves. Most all of this may pass on it's own.

If you are stressed out, exhausted and feel dizzy and shaky you must allow yourself to rest a few hours its a must, its better than having a nervous breakdown/ and ending up in the hospital which then you wont be able to catch up.

and asking if there anything to help you through the week and i don't have much money, i don,t understand that point, are you withdrawing from drugs, Either go to a emergency room or talk to a counselor,i dont know anything about your age type of school where is this panic coming from,i would like to give you the right advice but you are not making sence

Get enough sleep-- at least 6 hours -- every night.

Eat a decent breakfast every day.

Cut down on the empty calories-- sugar is terrible-- and can be the cause of alot of your shakes.

See your Guidance Counselor at school -- sounds like you are carrying a heavy load and someone in charge needs to know so they can help you--and ease your burden.

Take a Multi-Vitamin JUST before you go to sleep at night (don't take it any sooner or it might keep you awake) -- when you wake up in the morning you will feel more energized.

Smell the roses. Find something to smile about EVERY day at least once a day.

It sounds like you are not eating right because you feel dizzy and shakey. If I were you I would try to eat healthy food something that will give you energy. Meanwhile you are doing your school work, listen to your favorite music or whenever you can go for a walk let your mind relax.

when I ran out of my prescription..I called the doctors office to late..but she did give me some very good advice...she told me to Benadryl tablets..take 1 or 2 follow directions on the box. The Benadryl will take off the edge and help you relax. Truts me it worked.

Hope that helps!!!

You will have to rest anyway. If you don't stop your body will stop you & school or anything else won't matter then.

God Bless
