I feel like I'm losing weight and fat but I'm eating the same amount of calories I ate when I was lifting.

You should keep on lifting. Without strength training half of what you are going to lose is going to be muscle. If you lose that muscle and keep eating the same amount of calories, since muscle is what burns the fat, you will eventually start gaining it all back and it will be harder to lose.

well when u work out and lift weights u build more muscle
walking around and doign normal activity with more muscle mass (muscle weighs more than fat) will cause u to use more calories to do the same activity
so it would make sense if u built more or new muscles to still be losing weight

no, this is not right at all,
when u where lifting weights, u where using this calories for lifting and using proteins as muscles and alls the other nutreints helps also in building muscle.

but now, if u r not making physical work, the excess proteins and carbohydrates will turn to fats and u will gain weight.
so be careful,

you might be losing muscle mass, which would make you lose some weight. the only way to be sure is to weigh and measure yourself.
