The song of the righteous is a prayer unto God.
If you decide to sing, make sure it is of a nature appropriate for a place of worship. Also ask any other people in there if your singing would distract from their devotion.

You're never alone in the chapel. Jesus is there. So go ahead and sing....worship Him...give all praise, glory and honor to our Almighty Lord, present right there in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. I think it's so beautiful that you want to do this.

What...are you using a laptop in the adoration chapel? Well I would think that if using a computer in the chapel is OK than you can certainly sing.
(Just teasing. lol.)

IF you are alone, you can sing, read aloud, pray aloud, pray silently or just sit quietly.
The whole point is adoration and to spend some quality time with the Lord!!

I would say, so long as you are alone, you may sing.
However, chapels are usually places for people to engage in meditative/contemplative prayer. When there are others, it is best to pray in silence.

What the hell are you doing with a 'puter in the adoration chapel? You are suppose to be paying attention to Jesus. Shut that 'puter off and pay attention to Jesus. You wouldn't be screwing with a puter if you were visiting someone would you? Then why would you think it would be different ESPECIALLY when dropping in to visit Jesus? Hurry up before Jesus figures out you aren't paying attention.

When you sing, you pray twice. Go for it. Dancing is also allowed. Do whatever Jesus tells you.
Just make sure you stick to conventional worship, when others are there with you.

If you're alone and its relatively quiet respectful music I think its okay. It wouldn't hurt to ask a priest.
Personally when I'm in there I dont' like to hear music and stuff like that.

you can sing. I have had several people who have asked me if I would mind if they sang to him and I have said of course not so especially if you are alone with him. I love him
