How about following the off-season conditioning plan your coach gave you?

Paula Abdul has an expensive series out called CardioCheer, but it is precisely what you want. There are also a set of dvds out there called The Firm, which I used way back when I cheered.

In the meantime, you can try some of the shows and exercises listed here: http://geocities.com/aescougarcheer/basics.htm

If you can get the channel that it is on, the Method is really amazing. http://www.healthylivingtv.com/s_showDetails.php?ID=5

well do what i do.
go to your nearest track run 3 laps.
take a rest.
go to a gym and lift some weights.if you dont have a gym near you use the furniture in your home.lik wall sits, doing pull ups with your arms on a low set table or your couch and sit down in front of it and use your arms on the table and lift yourself up.trust me it works though it is very tiring.
