I have been working out quite a bit lately but I still look really flabby and was wondering if just sweating a lot, would help me to look more like I feel, not as chubby

Sweat has nothing to do with fat. If you sweat off pounds, you need to drink water to replace it for your organs and systems to function properly. Walking around dehydrated is not good, and potentially dangerous, ESPECIALLY if you're going out in the heat. LIKE AT THE BEACH!!!

sweating just makes you look sweaty. you'd lose water weight, but not necessarily flab. alternate cardio with weights to lose flab. walking is great exercise.
