Call a recruiter and ask, what they will do is take pictures and see if it is ok, it may take a couple of weeks but if everything else is ok ie....physically, mentally, and morally, it should be ok as the Army has relaxed the standards a bit on tattos

When I joined, one of the conditions was that you had no visible tattoos on the head and neck when in full gear. It is possible that unless you have something to offer them ie. excellency in particular trades etc, that they will not accept you based on the image your tats give off. Sad but true. I had a lengthy discussion with my serg about this subject, as I have tattoos myself, and he was very frank in saying that visible tattoos were a large black mark against any applicant.

Yes, You're allowed Any form Of tattoos on Any part of your body. I'm sure there's an extent of how many you can have E.g. Whole face, back, body and arms. But Other than that fire away my friend, the army does have aspects of freedom...

dont think the tattoos are your problem. The problem is your age. I'm pretty sure 27 is the cutoff date for enlisting.

As long as it's not hate or gang related, the Army will be forgiving.
