There is no scientific evidence of a soul that lives beyond the death of the body. When we die, we die. That's the end of us. The only things that live on are the memories people have of us and the results of the deeds we did while alive.

Well, the dead rarely travel these days. So, I do not think they will be going anywhere. As for a soul, the idea of the essence of a person being able to exist outside of the body does not make too much sense. It is like believing that the software on your computer can just jump thru the air and go to another computer without aid of a modem or networking.

We believe nothing will happen to our soul and they'll we'll go into the ground/furnace.
And I personally would like to have a bit of me go up into space. Oh, I'll leave the money for my family to do it so they don't have to pay.

Anyone and everyone (not just atheists) if they die without accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior AND before Christ returns for His Bride (Christians) they go to Hell.
They remain there until the Great White Throne Judgment where they will each stand before God Almighty & Jesus Christ and every sin (i.e., EVERY evil, unkind, dishonest thought, deed, action, word they spoke or did or refused to do in life) will be replayed before them, then when their names are not found in the Lamb's Book Of Life, Jesus will say, "Depart from me, for I never knew you." and then they will be thrown into The Lake Of Fire where they will remain for eternity.

Same thing that happens to everybody else. Death is an equal opportunity master. Nobody has any special powers of immortality and wishing it were so doesn't make it so.
Beyond the grave they will find nothing but death. But we shall keep the secret, and for their happiness we shall allure them with the reward of heaven and eternity.

They go to the spirit world, and just because they are atheists, does not mean they are a bad person.
Atheists can be kind, thought-full, generous,
compassionate, trustworthy, people and make a first class friend. Do you think God would throw them in hell I don't.

They leave this world and meet God. Where they go and what happens to their soul is all up to God. It will be this way for all of us, although they might be a little surprised to find out there is a God.

same thing that happens to "non-atheists" we rot.
it's possible our soul could stay back a while if we aren't at peace when we die, or we could reincarnate, but definately no heaven or hell.

Well Christians think they go to hell. Most atheists think nothing happens. They don't really believe in souls and think that when you're dead - you're just dead. Nothing more.

There's no such thing as a soul separate from the body, what happens to atheists is the same as what happens to all of us.
