Where's the best place to fish for Maryland Blue Crab?

Question

I'm going on vacation to OC next week, and need good places where there's plenty of crab. We have 15 people going, so we'll be looking to catch a lot of crab.

I meant, where *in* Maryland. More specifcally, near Ocean City.

On Long Island, blue claw crabs are epidemic. Last year and this year, there have been more blue claws in the Long Island back bays than I have seen in the last 20 years. Huge blue claws. I could only guess same story in Ocean City.

i cant think of of any buffet places that sell blue crab frequently the buffets basically sell the crab legs... attempt timbuktu & phillips different than that the wharf in sw close to the waterfront is an excellent place to purchase any type of seafood

You'd have better luck in the cooler months. Blue crabs migrate north in the summer.

We always caught them in Chincoteague in the bay..its been a long time since Ive been down there..not sure how far away it is but if you head down that way check it out. Good times.
