not stalked me after I dumped him
No, seriously. I once knew a guy in the entertainment industry and we became very close friends. I lived on the other side of the country from him at the time and a few days before my birthday, he asked what I wanted.. I told him I want to go to the beach. My birthday is in march so it is too cold on the east coast so the night before my birthday, in my email I received a plane ticket to see him in California, I flew out the next day, he and I had a picnic on the beach for lunch and I flew him the following morning so I didn't miss work.
That was probably the most romantic thing a guy has done for me

My husband told me I was beautiful after 27 1/2 hrs of labor.
Then because I was starving he went and got a cheeseburger for me and served it with a dozen roses.
Some of the other things he's done over the years may be more traditionally romantic, but I treasure that.

We went to a wedding and he was a groomsman and things were going great until the dancing. He didn't want to dance and I didn't know anybody so I just sat there with him. I am the kind of person who loves to get up and dance and have a good time, but I didn't know anyone, at all. So I was thinking, gosh this really sucks, I love a man who won't dance with me. Then he said he'd dance on a slow song with me, however we had agreed to leave at a certain time, so by the time we left there hadn't been a slow song. When we were walking to the car one came on and so he grabbed my hand and we danced under the stars surrounded by trees and flowers with no one around, it was movie scene quality. I instantly knew I loved him with every part of me.

For my birthday, he came to my house and made chocolate chip pancakes with my mother while I was still sleeping. Then, since he plays piano, he wrote me a very lovely song. After that, he blindfolded me and drove me around for an hour before stopping the car. Then, he made me get out and walk (still blindfolded!) up to the doors of aa spa! He took me for a 2-hour treatment of a foot massage and a facial. Finally, during those 2 hours, he ran home to finish cooking chicken parm. and picked up a bottle of Merlot. We ate and drank by a beautiful river on a sunny day! It was the sweetest thing ever... :-)

well i have 2 things actually
when this one guy asked me out [we were in school], we were like walking around and he was just telling me how much he likes me and how he would never hurt me and that kinnda stuff and i would just kinnda nodd and not say anything, and then we stopped at his locker. i was confused for a sec but i just kinnda stood there and he opened his locker & kneeled and gave me flowers. Then he asked me out. I turned so Red! lol
and the other thing isnt reallt romantic, but since i'm in love with this guy i thought it was. When me and him were going out about 10 months ago, it was bus call and stuff and we were about to go home but then he just stood there and looked in my eyes and shouted like really loud "i love you baby" and gave me a hug and then left. the most romantic thing any guy has ever done for me. i'll never forget it.

In highschool, my boyfriend got the house to himself, and cooked me dinner. When I got there he had candles lit, light dimmed, soft music, and good food. He even bought the sparkling grape juice and had wine glasses! After dinner, we went into the living room and danced. I was only 15 (14 years ago) and I still remember that night. Wonder whatever happened tothat guy......

I live in the city - but one day he drove me out to the country and brought me to some ranch so we could go horse back riding. I must have mentioned somewhere along the way how I always wanted to do that. It was really sweet, he packed a picnic and everything.

He married me.
He took me to the oral surgeon that day, and cared for me afterward. He did all the grocery shopping when I was sick. He tries to be quiet in the morning so I can sleep longer. He got me re-chargable batteries because my MP3 player eats them up. He came home with girly soap and special toothpaste for me because I'd been too sick to go shopping. He took 6 months of ballroom dancing lessons with me and never complained.

He knew I was having a bad day. When I got home he had roses scattered through out the house, and he was cooking dinner for me.

I'm in a long distance relationship at the moment, and I hadn't been able to talk to him for a while since he was out at sea. He kept a journal for me and wrote in it every single night and then gave it to me afterward
