My mom has a friend who see does everything with. Normally I would ok with this but I’ve noticed changes in my mom since then. It seems like she’s been really sensitive, saying that I always have a “tone”. When I didn’t want to look at the calendar for dates I had open a family vacation she was like “Well screw you we’ll just leave you here.” To add to that she neglects to do the laundry (I’d do it myself but I don’t know what to set the machine to) and doesn’t get the groceries. I really feel that her “friend” is influencing her negatively and when I try to tell her this she just blows up on me. I’m only 15 and feel that I am now the mom and my mom is the “troubled teen”.

i would try and sit down and talk to her about it. and ask her what's wrong with her. and if she doesn't want to listen to you, then look up online how to do laundry, and show her that you're independent. she might be going through a mid-life crisis. good luck~

Sounds like you're going through some difficult times right now. My heart goes out to you. Tell your mom that you want to be more grown up and responsible but you need her to teach you how. Ask what you can do to help around the house. Ask her to show you how to take care of the laundry, because you see how busy she is and you want to help! Don't try to influence her on her new relationship, unless she asks your opinion. She will figure things out on her own. Pray for her and for yourself. Ask God to give you strength and wisdom, and ask Him to guide your mother. He will help you both.

You need to maybe start pitching in a little harder, your excuses for not doing so are rather lame. Talk to mom like a friend, get to the bottom of this before it gets out of hand.
