You cant cure Hayfever. It is an allergy.

As everyone as said try taking honey and see if that helps.

There is also a nose inhaler spray called Beckonase. It is a medicine that smells like flowers when you inhale it. It completely unblocks all your airways for several hours and sometimes the whole day.

If that fails then you could try a herbal/health shop.

Ah everyone beat me to it. my suggestion too was very local honey, on toast, in tea, maybe a sanger, and the bonus is you're supporting local farmers.
It's not a cure, but it helps, I used it last year when I was pregnant and couldn't take anti-histamines.
Not heard of the fruit thing tho'. I'll keep me ear to the ground.
Tissues at the ready x

hayfever is an allergic response to certain plant irritants, it is not a disease, and therefore there is no cure. Treatments to control hayfever are usually centered around preventing the allergic response in the body, usually with antihistamines, occasionally with stronger suppressants like steroids.

Go to a health food store and find honey that is produced locally. By eating it you will develop antibodies to the local pollen.

It must be natural honey produced locally.

I read today that eating local honey will work wonders.
