From my turkish friends i know that eastern Anatolia, and especially south eastern are the most poor parts of Turkey..
Diyarbakir, Urfa, Hakkari Siirt

What did you understand it ? If you want, you can say it.
What about your country ? Are you Italian or French, which one ? What about your poorest city ?

I suppose you mean those with the least budget to
govern. Here are some

Hakkari, Bitlis, Agri, Artvin, Tunceli, Van
Basically most of the eastern and south eastern Anatolian provinces.

I agree with Asuman. There is no poorest city,village or something like this in Turkey. People can be poor and rich.

I don`t think there is such a think as poorest city in Türkiye....just people can be poor or wealthy, its not like in England or anything like that when you go to north people gets poorer over there...

İn Türkiye you get poor and rich in same city nearly equal amount, I think...
