Legally speakng, yes. Everyday you sell drugs, you face incarceration (going to jail), being shot at by cops or by rival drugsellers/druglords, accidentally or intentionally working someone else's turf, as well as possibly killing your customer base if you sell them too much and they are too irresponsible, inexperienced, or addicted to regulate their intake.

I mean, unless your pulling in over $50,000 a year selling drugs, and have a top-notch lawyer, it's not worth it.

Good luck.

Maybe you should get a job AND be a drug dealer. You most definitely need a cover up (a REAL job). Be smart, though. About what you sell, who you sell to, and who you buy from. Don't sell ecstasy for sure, which can earn you one charge of attempted manslaughter per dose if you are caught possessing it. Drug dealing of any sort can be very dangerous in different ways. First of all, you can get jacked (someone can steal the drugs which you are selling, and expected to be able to pay for when done, when this happens, your safety or even your life will usually be compromised). Second of all, you can end up in prison for a very very long time. To avoid being jacked, make sure you are not threatened by anyone you're selling to, and remember that the smaller the amount is that you are selling, the less likely you are to run into this problem. Now the second problem...the DEA, FBI, and all those guys...pushing can make you lots of cash quickly, put a very generous amount away for a rainy day. The more cash you have saved, the better your legal representation will be, and the more likely you are to get off. Do not, i repeat DO NOT carry a gun. Seems like good protection, but is not a great idea. In some parts of the country you can recieve a MANDATORY one year jail sentence for illegally possessing a firearm. I think that's about all the info i have for you.

No. With your brains there isn't much you could do and survive. Make a lot of money selling drugs. You then can get expensive lawyers when needed.

Apparently, you don't go to school as the schools don't allow drug dealers within half a mile. That is the law, you have heard of the law ?

When you get to jail read some good books. Write on how stupid you were, make a million and live it up. Now you can buy drugs.

I think you should get a job instead of dealing drugs. When the next Sunday paper comes out look in the job section. When you get a job try to make sure you are being treated fairly and not being overworked.

Yes, the money may seem good, and the lifestyle may seem fast, but it all ends badly either you go to jail, then you end up with a felony or you get killed then you end up in the morgue. You don't really appreciate those things that you acquire through that lifestyle and you have to live your life always ready to roll and looking over your shoulder. So, I vote for letting it go while you still have your freedom, your life and the right to choose a livelihood that will provide for you and your family.

Go ahead and do it, you can carry a gun, which is cool btw, you make money every 30 minutes, and the best part for the civilians that don't do drugs? They get rid of people like you when you are found shot dead in an abandon home. Same goes for drug users.

Yes. Drug dealers nearly always get caught if they make a career out of it. Get yourself a job, dealing will only land you in prison.
