exercising burns the sugar in your blood, if you don't replace it or fuel before hand, you suffer a lower than normal blood sugar and you get the symptoms you describe. Try eating some complex carbohydrates an hour before you work out, or drink a low sugar sports drink during your workout.

do you eat enough before hand? you want a decent amount of carbs and protein before, and protein immediately after your workouts, your body is like a car and cant run efficiently on low fuel, and dont worry about gaining weight eating right before and after a workout, you have whats called increased calorie expendeture post workout, that means you burn calories faster for about an hour - 2 hours post excercise than you do at a normal rate, but you definately need a balanced diet, if thats not the problem, you may just be over working yourself, or not have proper stabilization strength

If it happens after you've added weights to your set, then this is completely normal.
The muscles will shake a little in response to the strain of the extra weight.
If you are shaking all over and your instincts tell you something isn't right, then you may need to eat some food.

its have been given no longer something to do with being underweight it honestly ability your stabilizer muscle tissue are no longer sufficiently stable and the shaking might choose to completely dissapear indoors a month. you will although get some shaking at the same time as doing actual no longer ordinary stuff yet this is definitely reason your stabilizers get drained so honestly keep determining

You are either overdoing the exercises or not warming up (before exercise you stretch out exercise etc) and/or cooling down (exercises after your main exercises designed to stretch out the muscles you have been using in your main routine and to get your temperature back to normal.
If you are doing all that, perhaps you need to review the type of exercise you are doing and the duration you do it. If you are really worried, speak to your GP.
