Yes - it's nothing but refined sugars, preservatives, and food coloring. It's also very bad for your teeth. Try limiting yourself to 5-10 sticks a day, and eating some fruit instead. It will work to satisfy the sweet tooth that you clearly have, and will be much healthier for you. The fact that you're asking is a good indication that you know you're doing something that is not good for you. Did you just quit smoking or biting your nails? Sometimes people with addictive personalities will change their habits only to move on to another addiction. Good luck!

I think Twislers are more carbs, than sugar, but both convert to glucose and glycogen which is stored in our fat cells. Sounds like you are a bit addicted and maybe you should try to consume a few less each week, don't replace with anything. That's not necessary, because thats just replacing one addiction for another.. G-d bless you and have a great day.

If you enjoy eating them it's not bad. Life is short whether you are a one-a-day-Twisler-bag-eater or a carrot-eating-organic-jogger. At then end of the day we all get what is coming to us so you might as well enjoy your Twislers!

yeah thats way too much sugar everyday for you to stay healthy. Try only eating them once a week or maybe just one or two twizzlers instead a day

yeah that is really bad have you ever multiplied out the number of servings by the calories in a serving i bet is is more than half your allowance for calories for the day let alone all the sugar.

They're not the healthiest thing to eat.
Twizzlers are made out of corn syrup, flour, sugar, cornstarch, shortening, molasses, and the ubiquitous "flavorings."
