You should check this Sciatica Natural Treatment
http://cure-sciatica.info

Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica. Try a reputable chiropractor ASAP!

Lie on your front, face down and lift 1 arm and opposite leg and the repeat using the other arm and leg. this exercise is called the lizard and is great for stretching out the back muscles and especially good after doing sit ups. another exercise is called the cat where you go on all fours and streatch your back into an arch and then relax it so it sinks in the middle. I know these answers sound like jokes but they really do work and you'll never know unless yuo try. Trust me I'm a qualified fitness instructor

I would go to a doctor and have them recommend a good therapist to work with you. If you start lifting weights or doing other things, you may end up making the problems worse or doing permanent damage so find a professional to guide you but have the doctor check you first to make sure you can exercise with no problems (go to an orthopaedic, not an MD)

Good luck ~ hope you feel better soon

join a local netball team , or basketball club, your height would be fantastic.
but on a more serious note, just try a steady jogging exercise, followed by a few press-ups , build up steady , do not go mad, until you feel that you are able to increase your time and exercise work .
but if a local netball or basketball club is in your area , join it , and enjoy exercises with sport , and possible help others to achieve success. plus as a member of a club like this , people will help you in your aim for the correct exercise.

Please, please see your G.P. for advice BEFORE you take up any form of exercise.

I don't mean to sound alarmist, but there are certain medical conditions that are linked to excessive height and back problems, amongst other things.

If you already have back problems, you may make them worse by doing the wrong kind of exercise. If you possibly have an underlying medical condition, some exercises (particularly weightlifting) could be potentially dangerous for you.

Maybe your doctor could refer you to see a physiotherapist. At least that way, you can get exercise advice that is tailored for you by a medical professional.

Take care.
