Why do Christians hand me leaflets all the time?

Many leaflets is not from Christians, they are from Muslims, Atheists, or some other kind of religion, I myself when I first got saved in May 1970 thought I had to hand out papers, But I made sure it was with the bible, then as I grew in God, I knew that part has served it's purpose, If you don't want any papers from someone, all you have to do is say NO, Thank You. I am not picking on athiests here or mulims, I am just using that as an example, Really I don't know what Atheists or muslims pass out, But there is many very young Christians, that gets save last night & today they are ready to tell the world what the bible says, As a Christian myself for over 37 yrs. I learned to keep my mouth shut until it is time to speak, That is what really makes a Christian wise is to decern what they are dealing with.

The quick answer the this is both! Unfortunately there are some out there who feel that homosexuality is wrong, some of us may feel that attitude is wrong but they are as equally entitled to their opinion as anyone else is in society. This guy may have been arrested under any number of charges although i doubt it was simply because he turned up with some leaflets at a gay rally which were somewhat offensive seeing as the right to hold a peacefull protest is protected under law! The government is bound by law to protect the rights, civil and religious liberties of each and every citizen so matter how alien they may seem to us! We all were given free will and we will never have a harmonious agreeable society so all we can do is ignore those who are ignorant to us or our friends and try not to be that way to them or anyone else. Never be ashamed of your own feelings or beliefs and simply pity those who don't understand you!

what do you mean what should you do with them? are you really that incompetent that you don't know what to do with a piece of paper. ok, i'll spell it out for you. if you're interested in the topic on the leaflet, you read it, then throw it away. if you're not, you don't read it, and throw it away. if you know beforehand what the leaflet is going to say and you don't want one, say "no thank you" when they hand it to you.

How can you ever know about something unless you are told. Christians hand out leaflets about many things. You don't have to accept them but if you do, take the time to read them.

Why does ANYONE hand out leaflets? They're selling something. Recycle it and move on with your life. It's not even worth worrying about.
