when i was a kid i remember the vendors that would be walking around selling things. one was a corn vendor. i wondered if anyone knew exactly what they would put on the corn? i think it was mayo and cheese?? i am not sure please help thanks a bunch

in chicago they either slather it with mayo and dip it in parmesan...or they dip it in melted butter and sprinkle it with paprika and chili powder...(or some combination of the two)

most of the time they then cut the corn off of the cob and serve it in cups with a fork.

My hometown! They corn vendors sell quite a bit of things like Icee's, Mango's with or with out a stick, and Corn on the cob or in a cup! It's all just so good! But with corn, it's my favorite. You can put mayonnaise, hot sauce, that hot chilli powder stuff, paprika, and butter on it. Haven't tried more than that, so you should look it up here on the Yahoo! Search Engine.

You can put mayo, cheese, hot sauce , mayonnaise , anything you want.( as long as its on the cart he he) they still sell " Elotes " Corn on the Cobb.. Its pretty good...

i think they might put cheese, ya pretty sure that's it cheese. i think they also serve kettle corn with a delicious dip of syrup!

They have this out here in the "burbs" it smells so good never tried one.
