Spend most of your time in bed! Drink fluids, and for your eating times............drink soup! Keep the fluids going inside of you, as much as you can. If dehydration hits you, you will be much more ill. I use Power Ade, or Propel fitness drinks, I seem to get better, much faster than when I just drink water. I hope this can work for you, as well.

Supportive care - like tylenol for fever or pain, lots of fluids, and rest.

If you treat it, it lasts a week, if you don't treat it, it goes away in seven days.

Electrolytes!! (gatorade, salts, chicken soup)
