Big loads of fat will clog up your red blood cells, which does in turn affect the oxygen transfer to your muscles, but unless you eat massive amounts of pizza or other fast food, it shouldn't affect you much. But it would be better if you cut down a little on the fat intake.

Oh yeah, and as far as fast food goes, the major problem is the lack of vegetables and fruits in fast food. For strenuous activities, you need a good load of the B vitamins in your diet, which fast food is sadly lacking in. Plus, fast food carbohydrates are usually not the good kind. Most fast food is refined foods, which are simple carbohydrates that your body handles differently than complex carbs found in vegetables and whole grain foods. Your body uses complex carbs in a much more constructive manner to fuel exercise.

Pizza isn't the best choice, but unless you just gorge on it, a couple of slices shouldn't slow you down 7 hours later when you are being active.

Yes because pizza has alot of fat/carbs, which just kinda goes right through you and doesnt give you energy.
