I try to do 40 pushups in the mourning which is my max right now, then i try to to 40 later on in the day. Im not looking to get huge muscles, i just want to get "toned" Im i relatively skinny kid with a natural 6 pack (as long as a flex a little). Im 14. How many pushups should i want to do a day to get toned in my arms and how many crunches/situps should i do to help my 6pack. I workout plan would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, I used to run alot, but because of a foot injury. (my arch in my foot collapses onto a tendon) i cant really run. Any substitues? THANKS
