Dont kno about diets alot but can tell u 1 thing the bestway to lose wieght and keep it off i by cahnging ur lifestyle...

You can lose alot of weight on a low carb diet. Your energy will be very low for about the first week, until your body gets used to burning fat instead of carbs for energy.
