What happens is I can't move, when I can move I have to count to 3 and turn over, when I try to talk I can only whisper, I can hear people talking, I can hear the TV, I can even see somethings. but I don't know if its a dream, or reality. PLEASE HELP!!!!

You may have some sort of physical problem. And that physical problem happens in your sleep that links to your sleeping habit psycholgically.

Can't move, only can whisper = losing control, resistance

In other words, you are losing control in some sense. Subconsciously you want to attach to something with sense of security. To you, a couch or floor may not offer you that security. Bed may be the best place for you to sleep even on time you had it.

Perhaps in reality, you are not confident enough in many things and therefore in dream you vent it out as if you are in reality, but be more dramatic, and showing.

When you sleep on the floor or on a couch, the combination of pressure on your nerve endings and turning over less due to a cramped position may impede your circulation and cause your dream to reflect your discomfort. There is a possible solution. Get an inexpensive air mattress which you can inflate anywhere, and it will relieve nerve pressure and let you turn freely. Only if this doesn't help should you see a doctor.

It's not a dream. It's called sleep paralysis. It used to happen to me every once in awhile, but it hasn't happened in a long time. It's definitely scary, but it's not an illness at all. It just happens to some people sometimes. Here are links to more info:

I don't know about you, but when I used to have them, I had this panicky sense that someone was just about to walk into the room. They call it a "sensed presence" and it happens to a lot of people during sleep paralysis. It was definitely the scariest part of it.

you're just dreaming. people get that all the time. It seems very real, but in fact it isn't. It should pass in a couple days or maybe a week

I have had the same experience....it seems SO REAL, but you are in fact dreaming.
Try not to worry. These types of dreams will eventually pass.
