The straight-forward answer is yes... for a convoluted explanation about why this is credible, you have to ask a bible believer.

Not exactly. The book of Daniel predicted the rise and fall of the Babylonian, Persia/Median, Greek and Roman empires and the destruction of Jerusalem (happened in 70 AD). The only thing the book of Daniel confirms is the fall of Babylonian empire. The last completed book of the Old Testament is dated in the 5th Century BC. At this time the Persians and Medians were still in power but the things Daniel predicted came true especially the one about the great king from Grecia that would devour the land and then he would fall and his kingdom would be divided into 4.

The best way to answer that problem for yourself is to read the bible, and read a few history books. There are still things coming to pass, that are eerily similar to the things spoken of in the bible.
It takes a little work though.
However, if you dont believe it, dont stress it. Not everyone was meant to believe. Its only natural that if you are not a believer that you dont believe. Its no something to point fingers about or be nasty over.

The prophesies are in the Old testament.
The fulfillment is in four books written after the death of Christ. Matthew, Mark Luke and John.
You seem to think that this is all one book.

History, as well as the Bible, shows that prophecies have been fulfilled. Try not to show your ignorance of what the prophecies were.

LOL....I see where this is leading.....
yes they are...but....they were many many years apart and in order for the prophecies to be considered "fulfilled' they had to pass many many tests.....in order to have them fullfilled by just "anyone" would have taken some pretty fancy footwork!
Peace be with you :)

the prophecies were written years before most of the events....all you have to do is study history and compare it to the time of the prophecy

Yup. But don't worry, they were written hundreds of years apart. I don't think there was any collaboration between the writers. I don't think they copied off each other.
