Well my definition of dating is seeing one person his is not. So I was under the impression that it was still just us two and that was it. Well I was wrong he hasn't slept with anyone yet, but he has been talking to other people. I asked why he didn't tell me this he thought I knew what he meant by dating boy was I wrong. Anywho, he thinks that because I acted jealous once before thats how I am. Would you as a guy dump your girl because she acted jealous even if you claim that you love her?

No, not at all!
In fact, it sounds like there's a bit of a mix up in terms of definition here. I understand this one from experience. Most of the time, guys see it like this (although I'm way over generalizing):

"Dating/Seeing People" = seeing multiple people until you find someone to commit to
"In a Relationship" = seeing one person exclusively
"Serious Relationship" = seeing one person exclusively, possibly living with them, could be a marriage situation eventually
"Marriage" = no more sex, ever ;~)

The point I'm making is that you have to have "the talk" with your guy. The talk is just defining what this connection is to you and what it is to him and what you both want it to be - and what you'll need to do to get there.

When I'm dating a girl and I want to see her exclusively, I let her know how important loyalty and fidelity is to me - how that establishes and maintains trust for me. Usually, from talking about it, I can tell if she's feeling the same way. Then I ask that we stop dating others, and go exclusive - becoming a "relationship". In this situation, all previous guys (even up to the night before), are out of the picture and I don't torture her for dating anyone else either.

Hope that helps!

Well, he is playing you girl. Dating means exclusivity unless it is discussed and understood as an "open" relationship. You have to ask yourself if you want to remain in a relationship that will never lead to where you apparently want one to go and whether the idea of being at a higher risk for an STD or worse is worth staying with this guy. As for jealousy, a little is ok, but it can go overboard and when it does it is possible it could break up a relationship.

Well now you know why he didnt want to marry. If the purpose of you dating is to marry someone this one is not it, so move on. Just let the next one know what you are looking for so they arent surprised if you come home in a wedding dress one day.

I don't think its a good idea to date someone that doesn't want to marry you....unless you don't want to marry him, and its all about sex.
