Without going into too much detail, if there is a mutual attraction between two people but one of them is in a relationship that has been very turbulent, should I follow my head and stay away or follow my heart and be there for her? I'm stuck between wanting to be a part of her life but know that I can't be just friends with her. It's so frustrating!

Well you should just try and be there as a friend right now, give her advice and try and understand her circumstances. I know that you might have feelings for her but if you care for her as much as your heart is telling you than let her make the decision whether to stay or go. Being there for her is wonderful and her heart might just tell her something to so just be patient.

As well with being there for her and helping her through, you may have feelings but know that you could very well help her mend the turbulence and make things better.

Just a little advice.

Cheers.

I think you should follow your head. Your heart can get you into a lot of trouble.

If you have to choose between someone you love and someone who loves you, you should pick the person who loves you because you can learn to love someone but you can't make someone love you back.

I stated that to say that because she doesn't love you let alone herself if she is still allowing herself to be in a horrible relationship. You didn't state all the facts but when a person loves themself they don't allow anyone to hurt them or hinder them. That includes staying in a relationship that they're not happy with. Life is too short to waste on being unhappy with someone.

Truthfully speaking my advice to you would be to take a step back from the situation. Let her know that you're there for her but don't stop yourself from living your life. You need to free your mind from this. Either she's with you or she's not.

When one door of happiness closes another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.

There's Hope

You need to follow your head. No matter how turbulent her relationship is. If you are suppose to be with this woman it will happen but you shouldn't force it when the timing isn't right.
Give it time maybe this relationship will end on it's own.

Follow your heart whenever you can. Your head is to easy to influence by other peoples feelings and opinions. Your heart will never change and is the only true way to happiness. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Your head. If she is already with someone you will be messing with her head and her heart by hanging around. Let her finish with the guy of her own accord. Then there is no come back on you and you can make a fresh start.

Be there for her - but DON'T take advantage of her whilst she is vulnerable- she'll never forgive you. Give her support to sort out her own mind, and when she is fully in control of herself you might give her hints as to how you feel - but take things slowly, or you'll both be hurt. If this "relationship" is actually a proper marriage - then stay clear until it is resolved one way or the other!

Head, you'll create too much havoc otherwise. Let your friend know youre there for her and help her by all means, but dont steal her from another person.

Follow your head. If she wanted to be with you she'd get out of her current relationship. If she chooses to stay with her current partner, she doesn't want you.
