The other day I was at the pool and after about 3 hours of sun tanning we decided to leave....when I stood up I couldn't hear anything and then I couldn't see anything. I then feel into a lawn chair that was near by. Ever since then I haven't been the same. I have been overly tired, not hungry, dizzy, and I have a horrible head ache. Is this normal?

I am also a 14 year old girl, I don't know if that would change anything either.

No. It's definitely not normal. I don't know your age and I'm certainly not a doctor. The sudden standing could explain your immediate symptoms but again I'm not a medical doctor. Please see one as soon as possible.

Did you drink any water at all during those 3 hours? You may have passed out due to excessive heat, aka heat stroke. Drink lots of fluids and get some electrolytes in you.

You have sun stroke. Drink lots of fluid containing Potasium and soak in luke warm tubs to cool your body. This headache is an indication of trauma to your brain from over exposure. See the following link for more information.

May be you got affected by sunlight. It is not normal and I suggest that you consult a good physician or a good homeopath.
