If God is God - that means He can do anything. So, of course He can come down in the form of a human! If a god lacks the power for something - is he the true God?

The Bible does not say anything about God coming in human form. If He wanted to He would have done it. The Bible says that no man can see God and live. We can see His creations all the time but to see Him is different. Only the angels and the Christ has seen Him.
God can do anything He wants to do, so I would say it is possible for Him to. That's not up to us.

He has numerous times; seven recorded in Scripture that I can think of off hand. As Jesus He was here -- the word made flesh and dwelling among us.
In the Garden before the fall; to Abraham twice as King of Salem and the angel prior to the destruction of Sodom; to Moses who saw the back of a man; to Jacob in an all night wrestling contest; as the Christ, and more.
In this part of the world; it is my opinion from testimoney, that He appeared in physical form to Americans Charles Finney and William Branham.

GOD what do u mean by it can u please tell me, let me classify the life in 4 types one is man, other is animal third is dev- lok ( we call God) fourth is narak ( we call sin)
Now when God goes to Moksha he would not come back by any means because, he have attained that by breaking all karma, now thinking about earth or anything is again a karma, but God these who are in devlok would always want to come back to earth as man because this is the only way to Moksha. But when they come to Earth They dont have any Magical powers, they have that magical powers only when they are in dev-lok

Why would God need to go anywhere when he is already there!!! - - Wherever you look there is the face of God (Quran):
"To God belongs the East and the West, Wheresoever you look is the face of God." (Quran 2:115)
God is closer to you than your jugular vein (Quran):
"We verily created man and We know what his soul whispereth to him, and We are nearer to him than his jugular vein." (Quran 50:16)
God never begotten a son (Quran):
"In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Say: He is Allah, the One.
He is Allah, the Eternal,
Who was never born, nor ever gave birth.
The One beyond compare."
(Quran Surah 112)

The book of Genesis does say "Let US make man in OUR image," so I'm sure He could do it if He wished. However, the true human manifestation of God was Jesus Christ.

If you don't understand that Jesus was God in the flesh, you've missed the entire point.
