I keep having the same dream where I am frozen and cant react to something going on.?

In my dreams I usually see something bad about to happen. I know I can stop it but I freeze up. I can’t move and forced to watch the event happen. Sometimes I feel like I am in slow motion as opposed to frozen but it comes down to this fact: I know something bad is going to happen. I know I can stop it, but I end up unable to.

You have a dream of losing control.

Subconsciously you feel frozen or moving in a slow motion. That is a resistance in your subconscious mind that there are something in life you feel lack of control of. In some aspect of life, you feel that there are some sort resistance to block you from having your free will. Examine the life, you will know what it is

I think this just means you are a little stressed so you dream about a bad thing happening. I personally believe that the reason you cannot move in your dream is actually a reaction to REM atonia, which is a normal paralysis of the muscles that occurs during dreaming to prevent people from sleepwalking or hurting themselves because of dreaming. In other words, you actually are physically paralyzed while dreaming, so I don't think it's so odd to feel frozen or slowed.

The bad thing you are envisioning probably tells you something about what you are worrying about, but I wouldn't get hung up on your inability to do something about it.

sounds like you feel as if you have no control over situations and maybe you let peple run over you too much and thats what your dream is trying to tell you... take control of the situation
