Place a package of cream cheese (8 oz) in a food processor with around a 1/4 cup of salsa. Mix it together. Spread it on a tortilla (not the chips) and roll it up. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for maybe an hour or so. Then cut into 1/4'' - 1/2'' circles and enjoy.

Don't put them in the fridge. It won't help. Tortilla chips usually last awhile as long as the bag is sealed good enough. I would recommend putting the chips into a plastic container with a lid. That will give it a better seal. There is a nice item you could purchase that keeps dry items like bread and chips fresh longer. I'm not sure what its called, but it is a metal box that you can put bags of chips and loaves of bread in. The box plugs into an outlet and keeps foods inside warm and dry. It's really cool. Try to find one and you can extend the life or your dry items.

Oh no. They'll get wet from condensation. If you need to use them up, make a big platter of nachos. I use the usual sized bags from Safeway, and one of my nacho platters takes a whole one of those bags.
