Easiest is reduce food intake. Avoid all that which you like most. Drink lots of water especially before food so that automatically your intake is reduced. Then you do exercises.

hm..the easiest way to lose weight is to cut out food altogether. if you're super fat that will take a while. good luck, and happy starving!!

mmm.u probably know the answer to that and theres no way of avoing it and finding 'quicker' weight loss alternative..EXERCISE AND EAT RIGHT...eat in moderation..reduce your fat intake (dont eliminate it) same with carbs etc...find healthier alternatives
