hey! im NEED to lose 10 -12 pouunds by august 3rd....i know i have to excersise and eat right but anyone loose that much weight in like 6 weeks? and tell me what you did please! i need helppppp! thanks! SO SO much

thanks everyone who answered..im gonna try and cut carbs out of my diet.. and i have the trimspa pillls so ill take one before i work out now. THANKS <3

Jion Weight Watchers. It's cheap, easy and I have lost 50 pounds since Feb. 13.

Dedication, dedication...
I lost 21 pounds in two months. Gym 6 days a week, lots of water, strict diet (try low carb high protien) my trainer had me take ONE trim spa ( the recommended dosage was 4 a day) an hour before I got to the gym.
I really worked out 6 days a week for an hour and ate well the whole time and it paid off, I don't usually recommend the diet pills but that ONE pill that I took boosted my energy for my work outs.

I loss 7 pounds in one week just by this routine
630- breakfast- cereal (special K)
7-8 am run/jog or swim
8-845 gym workout
9-11 work (job, house, ect.)
1130 lunch (healthy sandwich, apple sauce, banana)
12-1 jog or walk
230 snack (organic pretzles and fruit or other healthy snack)
3-5 Do what ever needs to be done
5-530 make dinner
6 eat dinner (salad, salman ect.)
630- rest
8- feeling hungry then (fruit or yogurt)
9- bed

p.s. About once every week you can just take a break and eat somthing that you desire that isnt healthy like chocolate, cake, sugar, candy, soda, potato chips, ect.

Not that I'm suggesting you go on this diet, but I did it and lost 16 lbs in 2 weeks.

1/2 cup of fruit (pineapple, peaches, etc.) in the morning.
A can of tuna for lunch.
A chicken breast or a lean piece of steak for supper.
** be sure and take a good multi-vitamin

This diet absolutely sucks because of the lack of variety. This diet is completely devoid of fat and bad carbs. Your diet will consist of mainly protein. And I wouldn't suggest you stay on this for any longer than a few weeks as it deprives you of needed fats and carbs.

First however, what proportion energy have you ever been having an afternoon (guess) and how plenty exercising?

when it is sunny or hot.... just whenever the sun is out.. preferably between 12:30-3/4:00.. wrap som seran wrap (that plastic wrap) around your tummy and thighs if you want to... and if you want dont wear skimpy clothes... like long shorts.... and no cutoff sleeves... then go jogging or walking or whatever... just stay out it the sun.... this makes you lose water weight very fast... so if you keep doing it you will lose weight... just eat right and since you will be doing this it is exercise too... so it helps

It depends on your size now. Most of the time all you have to do is cut your sugar intake and walk. You can eat only raw vegetable and fruit, in moderation. That is the secret.

TWO YRS AGO I LOST ALMOST ONE HUNDRED POUNDS JUST BY EATING RIHGT EXERCISE AND DONT DRINK ANYTHIG BUT WATER. IT FLUSHES YOUR BODY OF ALL ITS TOXIENS AND ALLOWS YOU TO BURN FAT . DRINK WATER AND ALOT OF IT
