I swear everyone took about the same road test but yet, no one can seem to follow the same rules. it's called signaling before turning, not turning and then signaling!!

What is wrong with these people is that they know that the police don't use them, so why should they. If people are allowed to do things wrong, they do. If they are shown that it is ok to do things wrong by the authorities, they will do it more. It starts with the parents, then the police, and finally with enforcement. The only way you will get a ticket for these infractions is if you hold a commercial drivers license, and get into an accident. It is considered a ticket that allows a non-proffesional driver to sue even if they are the one to mess up.

I know what you mean! I live in Vegas and we have too many crazy touristsw that don't watch what they are doing. I also live part-time in Europe.Over where I am you have to drive around for one year with a big T on your car. It warns other drivers that you are a new driver and to watch out for you.

Like ALL laws, if they don't enforce them, no one will follow them.
Ever see anyone get a ticket for failing to signal?

I agree; it makes you wonder how some of these people ever passed the test! I honestly think people do what they want since we live in a society in which certain people think the rules do not apply to them. We live among a society of rude, disrespectful people. They do not care!

Too many drivers allow themselves to become distracted, and don't concentrate on the job in hand.
Others are just plain lazy and inconsiderate.
