Will my toes become dead and have to get amputated? Can you damage nerves with high heels?Two of my toes on one of my feet is numb- I can feel pressure and pain on it, but it is numb kinda like coming off novicane (sp?)... I noticed it when I came home from a night out in high heels and my feet were killing me- could my high heels have damaged a nerve? Will it heal? Help please! Note: I very rarely wear high heels.

Your high heels probably irritated a nerve. I doubt it permanently damaged it. Your toes should feel better in a couple of days.

your getting nervous over this...it will only make it worse...you probably dislocated your spine somehow by wearing hi heels.

stop wearing hi heels for a while....and, see what happens..
