I have a black and white male. I called him "Midway" because I found him as a stray at a toddler amusement park. I like to name my animals after something special about them or unusual ways they came to me. I have another cat that I call "Cookie". Cookie is short for "Tough Cookie" because she wasn't any more than a handful when she slapped the snot out of my giant boxer for the right to stay. Good luck.
