chances are he still likes you. ask him out, if he asks why you didnt' say yes before just say something like 'i was unsure of my feelings'

dont worry.. even after they ask you out and you say no, they can't stop thinking about you. so, you're still in luck, hun. he would absolutly LOVE for you to come back for him and tell him you like him. That would make him soooo happy. Trust me. Go for it! Hope everything works out for you!

If you want to date him you'll have to ask him out. It's pretty unlikely he will ever ask again and frankly why sit around and wait?
