click start menu, right-click My Computer, select properties. Click advanced tab, click settings button under performance. Now click the radio button to Adjust for best performance. If this doesn't help, you will need to upgrade your CPU.

That sounds like an issue with "processing power", not with Windows. You may need to increase the amount of RAM memory in the computer (easy) or see about upgrading the processor (hard). You should also check to see how much free space you have on the hard drive. Windows requires about 10% of the drive to be "free" for it to work properly.

Make sure that you have all the Chipset drivers and Video card driver installed.Swap your memory modules between the DIMM slots and use as dual channel. Defrag your hard drive. If all of the above does'nt resolve probably you will need an upgrade of memory if the problem is application specific.

If that may no longer the case, then you definately can try right here: in case you have yet another account on that computing gadget, you could login with that different account and alter the password on your account. in case you have no longer have been given yet another account you need to use the administrator account. bypass into the Administrator Account and alter the password on your account. on the login show screen Press CTRL + ALT + DEL 2 circumstances and your login show screen will appear as if the previous login show screen. form Administrator on the person and bypass away the password sparkling and click ok. numerous the circumstances whilst domicile windows is put in human beings do no longer enter a password for the administrator, so with any luck this is going to log you in. i'm hoping it helps...

It sounds like your processor speed is seriously slow, or something is slowing down your computer badly. Check out the running programs and find what is using up all the CPU time.

It's normal. The most normal processors can't keep up with window movements. It also happens when you have too many windows open.
