well from a medical standpoint, perhaps their eyes are adjusting to the light and they may be able to see but blurry.i do not believe anyone ever asked a kitty this and got a response so i do not know how scientists know these things.i do believe it may take a few days for their eye muscles to strengthen and their eyes to accomodate to light.that is medically believeable. it doesnt really matter, mama is there to keep them safe.

Ya, it's true. Just like dogs, they are born with NO senses.(except taste and touch.) Cats eyes are still cloudy. But after a day or two their fine.

their eyes are still developing just after they open their eyes and yes and no to seeing, things may be quite blurry to them for a few days.

They are not totally blind and can see light and shadow. Most newborns are fuzzy including human babies. However, human babies can see even before they exit the womb.
