can you let me know which single lens reflex digital camera?

between nikon and canon both is digital which one is the better one taking into account its potrait and macro shots

Look at the Nikon D40X. It has a lot of the D80 Features, but is much closer in price the the D40.

They are both comparable. I prefer the Nikon, because I have lots of lenses from my film days that fit their new DSLR bodies.
