Eating a healthy diet with regular exercise will help you lose weight. Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Do situps and crunches. You can't really target a specific area of your body to lose weight so you will need to work on improving your whole body.

You cant do that. You cannot "target" weight loss. Your body doesnt say toitself "okay, today iam going to store this fat on the thighs, tomorrow on the belly". Its not like that. Its stored all over the body, and its used from all over the body. Some places store more fat than others, its part of being human.
You will lose weight from all over whenever you want to lose it from a certain area.
If you want to lose weight on your stomach, do cardio and strength training. Jumping rope, or speed walking are some of the BEST things you can do. Keep your core tight.

Although you can target-tone your abs, there is no way to lose weight in one particular area of your body. You can do 100 crunches a day, and you might get a six pack, but it won't show unless you lose weight. Everyone's body loses weight in different ways. Some women lose/gain weight in their butts, others in their stomach. You will be likely to lose weight where you have gained it in the past. So if your fat usually shoes in your stomach, then just lose weight, and that's where it will come off of.
It would be nice if I could stay skinny, and just gain weight in my butt--but that's as impossible as losing weight only in your stomach. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it is the truth, regardless of what other people will tell you.

You can't spot-reduce fat. Your body puts it on and takes it off in its own way. If you want your stomach to appear smaller, abdominal exercises like sit-ups will help. Just be sure not to use weights when doing abdominal exercises or you'll make your ab muscles bigger (and that makes your stomach look bigger).

First I would'nt listen to Jason JJ. Then I would tell my Doctor about my problem. Next I would join a safe diet program or go to a gym. After that see how your Doctor says about you.If he or she says yes ask Can you continue for a while?
