There are plenty of cheap places however travelling to them must also be taken into consideration.

I recommend Krakow in Poland or the Czech Republic due to the low cost bus deals and flights. Prague in the Czech Republic is becomming very popular as a stag party destination, Think amsterdam but really, really cheap
and not as cliche

For a cheap holiday in the Sun have a look at Croatia

Hi
It depends where you are flying from but if you going from the UK my best friend and I just got back from Rome yesterday and we did five days for £200!! Cheap flights from Ryan Air for £20 return from Stanstead to Ciampino.
Stayed in a great hostel - village roma!! Had restaurant, 2 pools, two bars, supermarket and only 15 euros a night (About £13)
Attractions in Rome are reduced for people uder 25 yrs from the EU.
Friendly people, great food and lots of bars!!

Vietnam is so cheap you might not want to leave. The country is beautiful and the people are really nice. So much so that I bought a house here. Hotels are less than $10 dollars a day. Beer 15 cents a glass. food less than a buck. You just can't beat it.
