I got stung by a bee this morning and my arm feels numb and hurts really really bad. what are the symptoms that things are not normal or that it could be really bad. i got stung in my forarm and it is really red.

how long ago were you stung? do you have a history of allergic reactions?
bee stings don't feel good for anyone, but here's some signs of an allergic reaction:
dry cough
swelling and itching around the eyes
itchy hives
if you start feeling any of these call 911:
weakness
shortness of breath
tightness in the chest
generalized anxiety (feeling of dread)
other than that take some benadryl and relax

Normal symptoms are pain, redness, and swelling around the site. Best cure for a bee sting is plain household ammonia. Stinks but takes the pain away. I got stung on the end of my middle finger and I soaked it in it. Pain went away and the swelling never got bad. Finger was numb that day too, but better the next day. Another thing that works...go swimming in a pool treated with chlorine. I got stung about 30 times when I was little, my older sister took me to the local pool. I was fine afterwards.
I would think that if you were allergic you would be in serious trouble by now. My dad is, and if he gets stung he has to have his meds fast or it's a race to the ER.

Seems to me that you may be slightly allergic to bees. I was swarmed while mowing the lawn last year around this time. I was stung twice on my right shoulder-blade and once in the middle of my back. Of course it hurt really bad, but I continued to mow in a different part of the yard. After about 20Minutes of being stung my right arm and the right side of my back was a bit numb and clammy. Other problems I had that evening was lack of energy and a tingle throughout my right arm and shoulder. I was fine the next day.

i think you should see a doctor. i got stung by a bee on my letffeet before and i didnt treat it immediately and it got sore very badly i can hardly walk because it really hurts so much! the doc gave me some cream to apply but it still didnt heal and my feet gre big and numb and it hurts so much. fortunately, it healed in the end but my left feet is darker then my right because of the sting, probably the poison or soemthing. my sad case.

as quickly as. i replaced into approximately 4, and that i replaced into on my swingset. A hive replaced into interior the seesaw thingy, and that i did no longer understand. A bee stung me ideal the place my thumbnail met my pores and skin, and it harm like HECK.

tape a penny onto it and it will heal up, yes it sounds weird but it works
