As long as the human condition remains , then life will continue to be this hard. Happiness is not like the idyllic fantasy world in a Hollywood movie. On a physical level, it related to the use of neurotransmitters in the brain, like dopamine and serotonin.
Some people seem genetically predisposed to feel happy. I am not one of them.

How happy do you believe you can be? Life is hard when you try to solve your problems by yourself. A computer is nice, but it cannot bring you true happiness. Get out there and explore what truly makes you happy and go for it. Good luck- it does get so much better when you act.

Hopefully things will turn around for you. There has been a lot of grief in my life, but to be honest I have just learned to make the best of it. You choose to be happy or sad on a daily basis. what ever may be weighing on you there are 2 choices either to make the best of it or let it bring you down. I have been brought VERY low before but right now I have my family and one or two close friends I am at peace with myself so I am happier than I ever thought imaginable. Hope it turns around for you soon.

Life, for the vast majority has been very tough. The secret is to not expect too much, be contented with what you have, don't envy those who have more. Do your best but don't think that you must have it all.
When you walk through a flower garden, look up at the clouds, observe a colorful sunset, watch the birds and animals getting through their day, you can appreciate nature and your own part in it.

The real question is, IS life really that hard? Or are you not seeing the beauty and opportunity around you? Are we just taking things for granted?
One can expect to be as happy as one allows oneself to be.

Unfortunatley yes, life is a struggle with only fleeting moments of happiness. But, look at it this way, we are ALL in the same boat. That's why were are here together - to help and support each other with life's struggles.

We have to CHOOSE to be happy in ALL circumstances. No matter what we're going through, there is always something to be thankful for. No matter how bad we think things are, there is always somebody else who is suffering worse. When things get tough for me, I just remember what Jesus went through for my sake out of His love for me, and I thank God that He is with me through every trial I face and every joy I experience!
Life IS hard sometimes, but God is GOOD!

Do not expect anything, delight comes much easier if there is no expectations attached to it.
Also, I believe hapiness comes from within so look inside yourself and see what's really important to you and let the rest go.
Look at your standards, priorities and values and see if you need to reajust them...you may be aiming too high, or maybe by someone else's standards...good luck

Happiness is not found by pursuit, it's found by serving others and making their lives better. Happiness is a choice.
