The Mormon church put out a video in the 70's about this topic. Actually, there's just a small blurb about it, but it sneaks up on you. These kids are out rafting on a river, then the next minute, Kimball (the Mormon profit at that time) is talking about how Masturbation is very very bad. They show this movie to ALL teanagers, which they call the "Young men and Young Women"
Every Mormon profit seems to have a main theme they try to preach, and Kimball had several lectures and articles on this topic.

Well, many factors are involved. Masturbation can become a consuming, addictive action, and what exactly are you thinking about? Are you lusting after a woman? I think it really depends on the person.
